EARLY CHECK-IN / CREDENTIAL PICK-UP

EACH INDIVIDUAL GUEST MUST BE PRESENT TO CHECK-IN!!!
  • Due to the sheer volume of guests, we have implemented an early
       check-in to help expedite entry.
  • Check-in begins at 6 pm and ends at 9 pm
  • Groups of 4 people or more that wish to be on the same bus together, MUST ATTEND THE FRIDAY-NIGHT EVENT TO BE GUARANTEED that you are kept together! 
  • On Saturday morning, we will do our best to accommodate large groups, but it will be much more difficult to do so, and we cannot make any guarantees.
  • Each individual guest MUST BE PRESENT to redeem their ticket for bus/tailgate credentials.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow people to pick up credentials for others, so everyone must pick up their own.
  • Please understand, with the volume of guests attending this event, we must follow a policy.
  • We like to be prepared in the event a guest may need special attention.
  • Once the check-in is completed, we will release your credentials and provide you an assigned bus number.
  • Large group wanting to be on the same bus, please check in together.

  • Check in will start at 8 am and end at 9:50 am.
  • Buses will begin loading at 10 am and depart at 10:30 am with or without you.
  • Each individual guest to redeem their ticket for bus/tailgate credentials.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow people to pick up credentials for others.
  • Everyone must pick up their own.
  • Please understand, with the volume of guest attending this event, we must follow a strict policy.

ON THE WARPATH-LOADING TIMES
Saturday, November 9th 2024 
10 am - 10:30 am CST (TBD Until Game Time Posted) 
  • We will begin loading buses at 10 am
  • If you have not checked in prior to Saturday morning, please plan accordingly & allow extra time to do so!​
  • BUSES DEPART at 10:30 AM- PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE
  • Chicago to South Bend: Everyone will be assigned a bus number.
  • You will then receieve a corresponding wristband to your bus number.
  • Buses will load and depart according to your bus number; which will be numbers 1-20.
  • Travel time to South Bend is approximately 2-hours (with traffic).
  • ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL- 1:00pm CST / 2:00pm EST
  • Upon arrival, we ask that you take all personal belongings off the buses. Chances are, you will not be traveling home on the same bus that you arrived on, and we do not want you to lose any items. While in South Bend, buses will be locked throughout the day.
  • Spear. It Express is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN ITEMS.​
  • Please understand, that we have many guests to accommodate & we all want to depart on time.
  • We will do our best to accommodate large groups Saturday morning, but just based on the sheer volume of guests, it will be difficult to do so, and we cannot make any guarantees. We suggest attending the Friday-night early check-in to guarantee that your group is all on the same bus.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Time changes from Central to Eastern time
  • Tailgate-only package will check-in onsite at South Bend, Indiana            
  • You will be notified via email on where you can claim your wristbands
  • All guest must have their tickets available to be scanned
  • Guest will not be allowed into the tailgating event without the proper credentials
    No tickets will be available for purchase on site and must be reserved prior    ​

TAILGATE TIME & LOCATION
Saturday, November 9, 2024                                                                            
Buses will begin departing exactly 30 Minutes After The Scoreboard Clock Hits 0:00                         
  • You have a max of 1 hour after the scoreboard clock hits 0:00, to return to the bus location as all buses will depart for Chicago!
  • All departures will take place from the tailgate party location (address above)
  • Bus seating back to Chicago will be filled first come, first serve.
  • Once a bus is filled with the designated guest quantity, it will depart.
  • Each bus will follow the same procedure to load guests and depart.
  • If you wish to sit with your group, you must arrive together to be placed together.
  • PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE
  • South Bend to Chicago:  Buses will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis and depart as they reach capacity. The buses remaining at the end of the game will depart 1 hour after the scoreboard clock hits 0:00. Please be back within the hour, as buses will not wait beyond the 1-hour mark.

  • Drop off is back where we started at Joe’s on Weed
  • Drop off times will vary with departure times from South Bend​
  • You can continue celebrating the Noles’ victory as Joe’s is open until 3 am on Saturday night.

Frequently asked questions

 What do I need to check in and pick up credentials?
  • All guest must have valid identification, Event ticket (presented via phone or printed)
  • Each individual guest MUST BE PRESENT to redeem their ticket for bus/tailgate credentials.

I want to sit with my friend! Can we reserve our spots?
  • Groups of 4 people or more that wish to be on the same bus together, MUST ATTEND THE FRIDAY-NIGHT EVENT TO BE GUARANTEED that you are kept together!

Can my friends pick up my credentials?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow people to pick up credentials for others, so everyone must pick up their own.
 
Bob purchased my ticket for me. Can he pick up my credentials?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow people to pick up credentials for others, so everyone must pick up their own per the name on individual ticket. You will need to be onsite with "Bob" to claim your credentials.

If my friends are checked in and on a bus already... can they hold a seat for me?
  • No seats will be held and once the bus is filled it will depart. To ensure you are with your friends you must check in the day prior to receive your credentials. No acceptations.

Is there parking provided at Joe's on Weed?
  • Parking from departure location is not provided
 
Can I bring my own cooler or beverages on the bus?
  • Guest may bring a small cooler with beverages they wish to drink on the ride
  • Coolers must be able to fit in your designate seating area or lap
  • Coolers can not be foam 
  • Coolers can not and will not be allowed in the isle of the bus as it is a safety violation
  • Beverages purchased from the venue will not be allowed to leave the venue per city regulations
  • Beverages brought in a small cooler will need to stay in your cooler while in the venue
  • Only canned items: beer, wine and seltzers are allowed. No bottles

Can I leave my personal items on the bus?

Bash Events and Windy City Seminoles are NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN ITEMS.

Are there restrooms?
  • Restrooms are available on each charter bus
  • Port-o-Potty's are available at the tailgating site

  • TBD and posted closer to the event.
